JAW AREA
Muscle training:
Chewing hard gum/mastic gum (1-2 hours 3 times a week)
Towel method (15-30 seconds full strength (depending on ur pain tolerance) 5 sets.
Hyoid muscle:
Chin tucks (1 min 5 sets)
Neck curls (1 min 3 sets)
Looking up while hard mewing and swallowing ur saliva (10 reps 3 sets)
Most important:
Training ur tounge!
Hard mewing!
Fixing posture!
MID FACE
Maxilla (only works if ur in puberty):
Humming 24/7
Hard mewing 24/7
Fixing diet
And praying to gandy
Zygomatic:
Bonesmashing (actually works if in puberty!)
Fixing ur diet
Supplements (Vitamin D3 + K2 and Omega 3)
EYE AREA
Muscle:
Squinting 24/7 (doesent actually change amything permenantly)
Massage rotation (1 min 3 sets)
Massage tapping (1 min 2 sets)
Eyelid pulling (2 min 2 sets)
