bizarre question but assuming you are young (since you got braces)

I'd say Make sure your nutrition is dialed in, Make sure your sleep is dialed in, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep

and just focus on optimizing ur puberty

I didn't fully explain, i just turner 16, and i was hard chewing and mewing and all that shi, and I ascended quite a bit, like my mom's friends were saying I look like this guy from an american soap opera called ridge forrester. And now i dont kbiw what to do to continue the ascenscion. And im trying to sleep at least 10 hours a day, and eat lots of food.
