1 fix facial hair
2 lose weight/bloat
3 get lip lift to fix upper lip
4 eye area not the best so you could do something like fat graphting or take it a step further and get implants
5 also you could fix nose with accutane or just get rhino surgery
6 then of course lift and eat healthy
