Have a diet that mainly composes of eggs, milk, and red meat, consume nutrient dense shit and ensure you get all your nutrients. Do weightlifting and sprints to boost your testosterone and HGH. Drink raw milk and or beef liver often. EAT YOUR SHIT GRASSFED AND ORGANIC.
Make sure to include some carbs, do not go zero carb long term at a young age. Include natural carbs such as fruit.
PPL Split or U/L it does not fucking matter as long as your lifting properly

Optional Supplements:
Creatine
Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium
Boron
D2 and K2
Ashwagandha

Non Widely Accepted Softmaxxes:
Internal Zygo-Pulling 30 Second Intervals
Thumbpulling (90 Seconds an hour)
Normal tongue posture hopefully before the last 14 years of your life
BTT Pulling (Haven't seen any results with this one in others)

Normal Softmaxxes:
Eyebrow Dye/Eyelash growth
Skincare/Haircare
Fashion
Icing Face
Facial lymphatics
Brushing lips + Aquaphor

kinda obvious thread but figure i post what worked for me, note that non widely accepted softmaxxes are shit i rarely did but might work, havent read the science behind it
also when i was sub 5 i mainly did the wildest looksmins like spamming fast food and barely exercising so
i had good genetics for this aswell
