Opposite, prices would go up because of increased demand. Surgeons aren't like huge corporations that can implement economies of scale.
If they have 200 people that want to get operated on but can realistically only operate on 50 of them, for say the following year, they'll just increase the price to the point where the price people are willing to pay matches up with how many he can operate on.
So yeah, more demand, the higher the price in this case.

Even if tons of people in college or high school right now try to become surgeons, it would take a minimum of a decade (likely a little more) before they'd even be certified, practicing surgeons. With inflation, increasingly looks-centric societies and a lack of surgeons relative to increased demand I only expect surgery prices to be higher 5 years from now.

The kids that want to 'heightmax' probably cannot afford it and those that actually can, are probably too late (>17). There's a very narrow time-frame you have, and by the time most genuinely care about their height and understand how important it is, they're often too late.

There's a reason kids that get treated for height disorders start getting treated at 12-13 (if not younger) instead of 16-17.

So, in all likelihood unless you've got a parent(s) that really wants a tall kid and is willing to shill out thousands for pharma grade HGH, among other things, it's probably not gonna happen.

Notice how 'heightmaxxing' has been a hot topic on this forum for 4+ years now, yet there's hardly any evidence of true user success with any of it.
