My friend is too shy to post on here. He is currently living in Argentina, mid 30s. Any looksmaxxing advice? Recommended facial surgeries? He is 5 foot 8 (173) cm and is going to get limb lengthening surgery to get to 6 feet (183) cm in the fall. Thank you!
