Im 32 and its not over. Its only over once you stop giving a fuck about yourself snd the eay you look. Wish I started younger tbfh, but man i look amazing and the youngest ive ever looked reflecting back on what i used to look like. Dont discourage yourself, just lock in on this shih and acc ascend

If you’re chopped you can always hardmaxx if you’re not chopped then you can take peptides so you stay younger looking for longer
