I really hope I can help people achieve peace of mind as someone who has deeply struggled with insecurity before, to the point where it almost ruined my life.

(This isn't a call to stop your regiment, as I still advocate for all kinds of self improvement. But you need to approach it in a healthy manner.)

You are right, the halo effect is real... and studies confirm it. Attractive people are often perceived as more intelligent, more competent, more trustworthy, and they do get away with more. There is no denying this. You look in envy at the blissful, genetically gifted man and think "If I had that, the thoughts would stop". You believe his "easiness" comes from his face. But let's look at that mental state we wish we all had: blissfulness.

Bliss isn't something you achieve from a bonemass or facial angularity. Bliss is an internal state. There are incredibly beautiful people who are absolutely miserable, anxious, and self-loathing. There are people considered "plain" who walk through life with a deep sense of peace and confidence. The "easiness" we describe isn't a result of genetics; it's a result of not being held hostage by obsessive thoughts about the self.

The man you envy isn't the one with the perfect face. The man you should envy is the one who can look in the mirror, see a perfectly normal, flawed human being, and then go live his life without another thought about it. That freedom is what you're actually starving for. That's the "easiness."

So go out, live your fucking life for gods sake. Stop rotting on this forum, take your knowledge and leave to pursue a meaningful life. Ask your self, "what do I really want?"

I thought it was gpt slop at first too but there is some validity to what he is saying. I may be much better looking than I was before I discovered this stuff but I am most definitely not happier. I sometimes miss being a normie and not consciously measuring peoples harmony when I walk past them or comparing myself to every single person.
