Hey buddy boyos and bhais! Firstly I would like to say you all to please be respectful here. We all are on the same journey and i am a serious looksmaxxer. I am working very hard on looksmaxxing and i would like to share what all I'm doing and in what budget so that my fellow curry brothers can get some help.
All the supplements I'm using with their respective prices :
• Multivitamin - Rs700-800/month (10-11$)
• Good Quality Fish oil with enough EPA AND DHA - rs 1000-1200/month (13$)
• Calcium (K2 mk7) with vitamin d3 low dose - 500/month (6.5$)
• Glucosamine chondroitin sulfate - 1000 per month (13$)
• Mk677 - this one is dose dependent, i am taking 10mg for now but I'll increase it to 25mg soon. This costs around 4500 INR (60$) for 60 capsules of 10mg each
• Ancillaries to be taken with mk677 to prevent side effects :-
- Berberine for glucose control - 1000/month (13$)
- P5P (active form of vitamin b6) - 1000/month (13$)
- Whey protien -- this one has wide varieties so buy any one within your budget
Other than this some of my extra expenses are :-
• Gym - 1000/month (13$)
• most of my gym diet is covered in home cooked food and my parents buy me eggs and some other essential stuff. But i purchase chicken, fish and mutton by my own which costs me around 2-3k (30-40$) per month
This is just a surface level view of what minimal looksmaxxing looks like for my curry brothers. Its definitely costly but you gotta do what you gotta do.
