For the most part it's true tho for men that unless ur born with it there's not much surgery can do since men are just on BONES. There's no good surgeries that don't make u look like an uncanny autist for jaw, cheek, height, etc. Best surgery for men can do is fix ur dumbo ears, big ahh nose, and hairline if ur lucky.
