Today i did some Exercises for my eye area, i rubbed my eyes for 20 seconds for 5 Times because i saw that on tiktok and iced my eyes.

Than i chewed gum for 6h for jaw gains but by jaw hurts idk why

Now im using ice for my jawline and im drinking 3l Liter of coconut water. I gonna do 10 situps for HGH
