what i did today: i ordered pottasium pills. 1600mg bioavaible pottasium per day from pills + just 12 bucks and 45 day supply. inb4 low iq grey says diuretics or it wont give you hollow cheeks: i know. im trying to avoid being bloated , im not trying to particularly debloat more than a healthy natural baseline

mood for today:4/10 , terrible day like every other day but i added 1 point because i did smth new
