Looksmaxxing destroyed my life

24 now but started at 17. Started out w mewing and then checking the mirror daily for changes. Then got into taking photos and comparing. It destroyed me bc I was always trying to outdo my past self and stay in prime that I missed my entire early adulthood. I actually became so severely ill that I lived by myself and would spend upwards of 4 hours a day looking in front of the mirror. Became severely mentally ill on diet route too resorting to just raw milk and raw meat. Was told by many people when I was 21 to model but never could bc all I could think ab was my small flaws and the fact I might have already peaked. Rmbr to mental health max. Literally out of college and done nothing but rot in my room for a year. Time to ropemax

Still told I look 17 and get attention but am like paralyzed and unable to move forward. Tried all kinds of meds and shit but idk. I’m broken

Valid. Sorry you went through this. Im atp and my brain i severely consumed over my looks and how im perceived. Just dropped 400 on skin ointment snd regimens and at this point idc bc i need to stay beautiful
