Ive tried for more than a decade and couldnt ... gym eating healthy sleep sun exposure socializing more ... it's all cope . There's a reason if you have to work so hard just to be normal your genetics just suck in this instance of world in this period of time and place .
Maybe having such genetics wasnt a problem for your ancestors but now you are unideal and too weak with current world rules.
