You shouldn't think about surgery until you've tried everything: exercise, fashion/style, joining clubs, etc. If you dont have success aftering doing all those things, surgeries won't save you.

Bodybuilding forums’ misc sections are very based generally. Probably among the few remaining internet spaces where you can have uncensored blackpilled conversations with high IQ ppl
