The Looksmaxxing community, especially on forums like looksmax.org, comes across as downright retarded—and not just casually. It’s a toxic mix of constant insults, low-effort thinking, and an overuse of edgy buzzwords that make any real discussion nearly impossible. Most users seem more interested in parroting the same clichés than offering anything original or constructive.

There’s a lot of talk, but very little action. People obsess over endless theories and “methods,” yet almost none of it is put into practice. The place is full of self-proclaimed experts who rarely lift a finger to actually improve themselves.

Add to that the overwhelming number of under-18 users, and it starts to feel more like a chaotic high school locker room than a serious self-improvement space. The immaturity shows—not just in the language, but in the complete lack of discipline and realism. It’s more of an echo chamber than a helpful community.

It’s a shame, really—because genuine looksmaxxing has the potential to be something enriching and valuable, much like what you see on forums like Longecity. Instead of fostering immature echo chambers, it could be a space for disciplined self-improvement rooted in science, self-awareness, and long-term health.

Cause we are mostly all too broke to actually get the surgeries.
This forum is a sewer, not just looks but socioeconomic class.

This forum is good for rotting and not much for anything else. I only post in OT for this reason, looksmax and rating section are a huge ocean of shit for many reasons(especially crub in a bucket mentality). Overall this is not really a self improvement forum but a place where people with the same ideologies can talk. You are better off to improve your looks off this place.
