I genuinely think looksmaxxing and all this bp/incel type content fucked my brain up. I became insanely sensitive to criticism and started analyzing every little reaction people have towards me. One small comment can ruin my whole mood and make me feel like everyone secretly hates me even when there’s literally no proof for it.
I feel like I lost the ability to just exist normally without constantly judging myself through other people’s eyes. The worst part is that most people probably don’t even think about me that deeply, but my brain still turns everything into a negative sign about myself.
