surgery if under 16 revise for gcses so u can get a good job for surgeries grow a beard for if jaw is narrow, weak or recessed. if u cant grow a beard use minoxidil or castor oil along with dermaroller(optional tbh) eyes can't rely be fixed dark circles use ice or something if eye area is shit then fix your eyebrows you won't look as shit with thick eyebrows
