And beside there is like 1/4 of girls that just match for fun don’t msg first or reply.

i actually reckon its because the majority of girls aren't using dating apps for hookups or relationships but instead to receive a constant stream of validation from attractive men
which is why they'll end up ignoring you after they've received that hit of dopamine from the compliment you gave them

Makes sense but for us men the validation comes from them agreeing for a date. I usually cancel the date later on but i need to know shes enough into me for that within few messages to be validated.
