from the second category I do everything, from the first category I supplement pregnenolone, magnesium, d3, k2, zinc, calcium and I order lions mane quickly

Eat raw meat and drink raw milk
 
Just take all of this and hope for this best theory
 
when i take gaba i wake up in middle of night and cant sleep for 30 minutes and feel not even a bit sleepy or anything idk if it really comes from gaba tho makes no sense imp
