Nigga if anything you need to be super autistic about movements, types of surgeries, what kind of surgery is best for you (implant, filler ect..), need to do your homework on the surgeon you're going to and what kind of work and board certs they have and that is just hardmaxxing I ain't even talking about skincare or roids ect..
