My cousin actually underwent both high cut lefort 1 and lower jaw reduction surgery. He had a brutal underbite. And yes, he looks better now.
But guess what? He still had GFs b4, he still got laid b4. It wasn't that life changing, bc looks r multivariable. So yeah i don't agree that even in his case, a brutal case, it was a +1 psl increase

reducing mandibile is good if u r mandibile is overgrown/protuding. This happens when u rest the tongue on the lower jaw. He also had maxilla advancement so he solved both issues
