Looksmaxxing is about trying to look the way you want to look like and to maxx out your potential.

Of corse appealing to women is the main factor since they are the ones who will judge you the harshest based on your physical appearance. But still it’s also about being comfortable in your own skin, getting respect by all people (also men) etc.


This is why I cage when people shit on gymmaxxing for example. Yes for some men gymmaxxing won’t do much to increase their smv. But it still is going to improve their life in other ways because men will respect you more, you will feel more confident with a muscular body etc.

So even if some looksmaxxes don’t change your smv you should still do them to get the other benefits
