its all about consistency. its all about making sure that you do everything from your routine everyday. these things have to become part of your life.

dyeing eyebrows and eyelashes? part of my life like getting a haircut once in a while

applying eyelash serum on them and minoxidil on eyebrows with dermarolling? every night before sleep just like brushing your teeth

dutasteride, accutane? you take it alongside your supplement pills everyday

it is all about staying consistent. things like bonesmashing, gymmaxxing all of them take time, but the results will always show.
there arent many non cope ways to looksmax, so make sure to stay consistent. i have irl mates who are actually obsessed and are doing everything everyday. the results are clearly visible.

for someone like me, who has adhd, consistency is really hard. you always forget something or delay it. really happy that for a month now ive been applying theordinary eyelash serum almost every night and the results are indeed visible

the recovery after a surgery is forced meaning you cant avoid it. im talking about things that you can avoid like stopping certain softmaxxes.

Yes so you can stay consistently high tier subhuman instead of low tier (y)

I was the same way and I started to take adderall and it genuinely helped me stay motivated and focused

Also helped out my appetite, I used to be very impulsive and just eat whenever I felt like it, also the only “side effect” I’ve had was insomnia
