- Face and skinmaxxing
Laroche posay cleanser 2xday Caffiene under eye serum morning volufiline in the night and a moisturizer 2x day. 60mg of accutane a day 2mg of ghkcu M-F and Bonesmash every night. Dye eyebrows every 2 weeks whiten teeth every 6 months . Myo Brace everynight Mouth stretching device used daily until a 1.6 nose to mouth ratio is reached. Mewing and good posture, tongue swallowing and nose breathing chin tucks occasionally also currently also doing myofucntional therapy will get a frenectomy within next month and a half . Bilateral chewing 1.5 hours daily, 3x a week. Will start thumb pulling and towel pulling soon with alarms set up.
- Frame, muscle and heightmaxxing
600 test week 25 var 2x a day 250mcg of Bpc 2x a day 10-12 ius of Gh daily 12.5 mg of aromasin eod. Will be adding Hexarelin and Tren soon. 8-9 hours of sleep daily from 10:00pm to 7am, strict schedule. Reeves deadlift and shrug for frame. For muscle i doing PPL may switch to U/L routine 15 minutes zone 2 cardio daily. Was doing Bjj and boxing but distracting me from my goals so quit.
- Sex appeal, voice and penis maxxing
Training neck 3 times a week. For penile growth I will be doing a semen retention Jelqing as well and using an auto pump.
- Supplements and diet
Daily: 4000 calories and 220-250 grams of high quality protein, beef, salmon, chicken and some protein powder 50g fat rest is dumped into carbs.
Creatine 5 grams
10k-30k Vit D3 + K2
45mg MK4 & 10mcg MK7
1500 mg calcium
Collagen peptides: 10–20 g/day.
Vitamin C: 500 mg with collagen (30 min before training)
Boron: 6–10 mg/day (boosts free T by lowering SHBG, improves bone).
