You're right that biology certainly isn't an end all be all but there are limitations to it you certainly just can't overcome. Humans are inherently social creatures, become depressed when isolated, feel accomplished when completing difficult tasks, feel fulfilled when they have a happy family, etc. These are pretty universal traits across all people due to the way they are biologically wired. Humans are extremely intelligent and advanced but you still share the same biological foundation as apes and other warmbloods that exhibit similar traits. You may be far beyond them in terms of capability but you still experience biological constraints that every other creature of flesh and blood does.

Circling back to my original point though, I think that given how many ugly people have found partners, and given how evolved we are, spending all your itme trying to artificially change your looks means you are doing things just to make women happy. Your artificially changing your physical body so that a women can feel social and lustful benefits from you. Looking at biology, mates dont usually only have each other. So why has retroactive jealousy, or carign about how many bodies a girl has become so popular?
