Woke up, morning routine done.

Got caffeine in my system

Got electrolytes mixed with mineral water for energy and hydration

Pinning Melanotan2 working on my coloring + gonna walk 20000 steps and eat like 800 calories almost only protein to leanmax more

As a neat side effect mt2 gonna reduce appetite for leanmaxxing

Got more semaglutide on the way too and currently pinning it every 5 days

Binge ate close to 2000 calories yesterday night but fuck it we back we ballin

60mg furosemide in the morning took care of that bloat from binging

Bout to be in a 2000 daily calorie deficit for like 10 days which from my math should burn about 3kg of bodyfat and reduce my body fat 4-5% putting me probably at 8-10% body fat

Also putting an end to my hair shedding from lifestyle and androgens from my test p usage since march by lowering trt dose and 1,5mg dutasteride + fluridil + alfatradiol + stemoxidine + quitting smoking + eating more nutrient dense foods + reducing accutane dosage + cutting for 10 days and then stopping the yoyo dieting i did for 2 months now

Already noticing less shedding yesterday and today since doing most of these changes few days back

Keep your health in check too

I stopped smoking honestly more so for hair loss

Using pregabalin and baclofen not as often like 2 times a month now

Reduced accutane dosage for liver health gains and it‘s also better for hair

Using diuretics way less often now

Reduced TRT dose for hair loss and health and less estrogen sides, feeling better, more confident and low inhib probably from less aromatization and less shedding and bloat too

Also gotta get some more money somehow to get a bit of chin filler, won‘t get filler for other areas for now and decide if I‘ll just keep it as it is or dissolve them or dissolve and redo them again. Let‘s see

But chin filler I can recommend without doubts since the chin area is small the filler can easily be dissolved if migration occurs and it hasn‘t migrated at all for me and it‘s just low risk and a good looksmax. Gonna give me more forward growth.

I weigh 145 pounds, 1 gram protein is 4 calories so 145 grams of protein would be 580 calories it's doable I know it's not optimal though. I get the protein from beef heart which is pretty damn lean. I've done those types of cuts and didn't become skinny fat, also I know people with great physiques that go that low in calories too sometimes I think it's ok for short period. Maybe it only works cuz im on exogenous test

Nah I don't eat any seed oils or processed food don't have that in my house

yeah furosemide is unhealthy i agree i don't wanna use it just did cause of the binge

i took the electrolytes like 6 hours after taking furosemide and didn't pee them out, if i would've taken them together yeah that wouldn't make sense

with keeping health in check i agree im not healthy but i try to cut out some unhealthy things to make sure my body functions alright for example some people don't give a fuck and are on a lot of roids and do other substances I think if you're enhanced or taking accutane or whatever then minimize other bad habits

what do you recommend for leanmaxxing though? keen to learn and open for criticism
