That Retin-A cream got parabens in it, also you need to know that magnesium glycinate contains approximately 14.1% elemental magnesium by mass, so by taking what you think is 600mg, you're only getting 84mg magnesium. I like to go with a higher dose of 550mg elemental magnesium and that requires me to take 4,000mg of magnesium glycinate.
