Looksmaxxing Coach Requirements
1. Peptides & Hormonal Support
- Knowledge of peptide's like (e.g., GHRP-6, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295)
- Understanding of testosterone optimization, SARMs, or other hormone support
- Ability to advise on dosing, timing, cycling, and side effect managemen
2. Nutrition & Diet
- Expertise in macronutrient optimization for body composition
- Experience with calorie cycling, bulking/cutting, intermittent fasting
- Guidance on supplementation:
- Knowledge of anti-inflammatory and skin-supporting diets (rich in antioxidants, healthy fats)
- Ability to design meal plans aligned with aesthetic goals
3. Exercise & Body Sculpting
- Proficiency in resistance training for hypertrophy
- Knowledge of facial muscle exercises / facial aesthetics
- Expertise in posture correction, mobility, and corrective exercises
- Guidance on cardio and fat loss strategies without compromising muscle definition
4. Skin & Hair Care
- Understanding of skincare routines for acne, aging, hyperpigmentation
- Knowledge of hair health optimization: nutrition, PRP, minoxidil, finasteride if applicable
- Advice on professional treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy)
5. Lifestyle Optimization
- Sleep optimization strategies for skin, hormones, and recovery
- Stress management techniques to prevent aesthetic deterioration
- Guidance on sun protection and UV management
- Knowledge of body language, grooming, and style optimization
6. Cosmetic Interventions
- Awareness of non-surgical options: fillers, Botox, teeth whitening, nose contouring
- Guidance on timing, safety, and realistic expectations for cosmetic procedures
7. Monitoring & Tracking
