I was fat, depressed and an alcoholic and was on the verge of ropemaxing. ive known about looksmaxxing and bp for years but ignored it and neglected how i looked. recenetly ive been doing all methods, following the guides and destroying myself at the gym and have never felt better than i did before, im slowly ascending and seeing real results by the week. i even managed to invite my ex back over who broke up with me. i fucked her then kicked her out. thank you bp you have given me purpose
