Get under eye fat graft
Get a rhino.
Get uee and gonion fillers.
If you can’t get a HT, hop on minox on top of fin ure taking. And if its still ugly , get a hairsystem. Hair is your life.
Fix your nasolabial folds either with fat graft or some laser treatment it ages you tremendously.
Get a thick neck.
Get a good body.

And roids and tan, you have no choice at your looks level.
Grow out ur lashes with latisse

After that, you should improve your undereye... inject a few ml of filler. Jaw is way too rounded atm, but may improve after leaning down. You'll have to see what you look like at 10% bodyfat.
