So I was curious if working in the blue collar industry can affect looksmaxxing and you still acend because I am constantly lifting heavy pipe and in awkward positions and everyone u work with looks so unhealthy and I dont wanna be like that so can working a super taxxing job really make you ugly?

Yes, super taxxing jobs can cause a lot of stress and therefore lead to looking worse. However, some blue collar jobs can be fun depending on the crew you work with and the job you do. I've worked blue collar-esc jobs before and sometimes it sucked but sometimes I found some funny coworkers and it became a blast. Also, it can lead to strength and muscle gain due to lifting heavy.

Working in the sun will age you, so you should wear sunscreen or avoid sun if you can. Eating a bad diet will ruin your skin quality and make you obese. Not sleeping 8 or more hours will hurt your quality of life, and you will not recover well. Chronic stress will age your body.

You need to lift objects with correct form and / or with assistance. Heavy objects should be moved with hydraulic jacks.

I work in a warehouse 5 days per week.

great for sun exposure and you burn hella cals so good for leanmaxxing

i think the reason they look aged and bad isnt from the line of work its from alcoholmaxxing and fast foodmaxxing but i could be wrong

basically what im saying is what can i do to not end up like that and be like them
good social life and diet. most of them have terrible lives in general, not just cuz of their jobs. they also eat terribly.
 
like rn on a like psl level i think im mtn or hmtn but i wanna get to htn and like basically the whole premise of my thread was can i reach that even tho I work in harsh conditions
