This is what I'll try doing during the next months.

I'll start following random people. If I dedicate 1 hour daily to this (instead of playing useless videogames) I can get 400-500 followers in few months. Once I get ~500 followers I'll start larping as chad and follow people I know. I'll larp as a soccer player of the best team where I live (huge halo in my country).

By doing this consistently I'll achieve a good amount of followers. Once I have a lot of legit followers, I'll start deleting the random followers that followed me the first months (if they hadn't unfollowed me) so my account looks legit. Finally I'll change my name, bio and pics to mine.

So when summer ends and 11th grade starts, I should be statusmaxxed and NTmaxxed.

Now guess if I'm "NTmaxxed" or not nowadays
