are higher proof alcohols like vodka and gin truly looksmins or not? I only ask because I have a giga high inhib and need something to lower it day to day, with pregab being too hard to source in my area. if they are, are there any other alternatives for lowering inhib other than pregab?

alcohol in general is a looksmin, dehydrates the fuck out of you leading to excess bloat + demolishes your health indicators. if you stay hydrated well enough you could pull it off somewhat but better to steer clear
