How should I take a photo without lens distortion to get my exact/real measurements (or as many as possible) at http://looksrate.rf.gd/?

If you use a camera then get a long lens and stand far back and have someone take the photo for minimal distortion. If you're using a phone then zoom in and hold the phone far back maybe even use a tripod.
