Loose brackets improve maxilla

Do these typa brackets that I still have widen the maxilla? I still got them and I was wondering, it could really help my fwhr.

its not about the brackets. most palate expanders should widen the maxilla

If you look at the middle of the thing, you can see a mechanical thing which you can expand. So Would theoretically widen my maxilla and improve my fwhr?

if a doctor didnt describe it, i wouldnt suggest doing it
