Guys im tired of all this i train i eat 2000kcals a day and my weight doesnt move i dont have any progress at gym im tired i just wanna cry i was always fat from my childhood i wanna receive a advice what can help me loose weight and gain muscle at like 17 yo i just wanna look good please. I lost weight just one time in my life when i had depressive episode and i wasnt eating anything for like almost a week and i was repeating it like every week but before that i was training and i saw no effects just like now. I train for like 5 months i lost all motivation i dont know what to do anymore im just a failure.
