Loosing fat and gaining muscle

Guys im tired of all this i train i eat 2000kcals a day and my weight doesnt move i dont have any progress at gym im tired i just wanna cry i was always fat from my childhood i wanna receive a advice what can help me loose weight and gain muscle at like 17 yo i just wanna look good please. I lost weight just one time in my life when i had depressive episode and i wasnt eating anything for like almost a week and i was repeating it like every week but before that i was training and i saw no effects just like now. I train for like 5 months i lost all motivation i dont know what to do anymore im just a failure.

Im checking my kcals weighting all things i eat and adding it to fitatu app
 
count ur calories and go in a more aggresive deficit maximum 1700 calories a day w cardio and lifting

watch micros macros, good sleep, 0 rir training, effective split with good volume to frequency ratio
 
Lifting heavier and reduce calories only slightly

Its pretty much because your body is already accustomed to the energy intake when you were slowly losing your fat. So all you need to do is eat less. Works pretty much the same why when you gain more muscle and have increased bodyweight, you need to increase your calories intake too
