I wanna loose 4kg but i dont wanna stund my growth because i am 17 so is that a good meal plan for a day?

10 eggs
300gram beef or 1 liter raw milk
Supplements calcium when i eat the beef
And just normal vitamin d3 + k2
 
literally doesn't matter what u eat for weight loss, just be in a calorie deficit, since ur 17 keep it low like 200cal deficit per day
