There is always good food in my fridge and it’s summer. How to lower body fat?

Find a cardio you love and stick to it. Do it mostly a few hours before you go bad, you won't feel hunger after a HIIT

I thought weights/lifting were better for weight loss than cardio, is that not true?

you barely even burn 200-250 calories from hard training on the gym
while you can burn 200-250 just from fast walking 40 min

For me I narrowed down the problem to dopamine hit from food. I tried intermittent fasting which made me realise that i'm actually good at resisting hunger pains. Where I fail is immediately after eating something, I'll have a really intense desire to go for seconds/binge.

Career max and/or get a LTR, you'll forget/wont have time to eat because you're either working or fucking which burns calories and if you're having a tough week where you're stressed, you'll start stresssmoking cigs and your apetite dissapears - you're welcome :)

Pre-covid 2020 I could maintain this physique year round without much effort (used to be a fat fuck). Ever since spring 2020 I have been unable to lose the 10-15 I need to look super lean and nice. Idk what to do. I lost 60 lbs in nine months before, and now I’ve been struggling to lose five lbs the last two years.
