Id recommend start off with a 12 week 250mg test cycle and IA if you notice estrogen symptons get bloods done before n post to see if ur bouncing back WELL then try a higher dose for 16 weeks at like 350-400mg a while later if you have no issue recovering from a 250mg cycle

For the full thing: test, oestrogen, lipids, liver functions, blood count, (Hb1ac if on hgh) and you dont need to use AI unless you notice estrogen symptons since it can fry ur levels to zero which can and will fuck u up but regardless 0.25-0.5 every otherday of any proper AI should be enough

1g is really high, for a first cycle it probably wouldn't be a good idea, you'd fuck something up and lose all the gains. start with a 250mg/w dose for the first one if you're serious about taking tren. a basic test cycle should do the job for muscle but your voice would need a super androgenic compound like tren and even then it's not guaranteed to deepen it, Greg Doucette took various compounds for decades as a bodybuilder and still sounds like a tween.
