Failed bimax by Italian surgeon

Hello everyone, I did a bimaxillary about 6 months ago by Mario Pagnoni about which you can not find a lot of info on the internet well it was a complete failure I was slightly retruded and I still am , maybe it also created some more problems .. I want help all the guys that are in my own...

Raffaini is the top maxfac in Italy from what I've heard. Apparently he does a "surgery only" approach for some patients who don't have any bite issues (basically it means no braces before or after the procedure). Alfaro in Spain does this as well (he published a whole study on it iirc).

His website is facesurgery.it, according to this review on jawsurgeryforums he and his team speak good English. I don't know if he does online consults tho (I haven't yet personally consulted w/ him).

I don't like to rate surgeons and especially bad mouthing them on the internet.

Complications can happen anywhere

Unluckily Pagnoni does not make his results public so we cannot rate his works.

A friend of mine underwent genio + bimax asking specifically a 1 degree counter clockwise rotation, but ended up with recessed chin after the procedure.

Should I blame Pagnoni or my friend who did not want further CCW rotation?
