You can stop eating for 10 days, but it's very, very brutal and it would be also very effective if you just drastically reduce your calories intake, for example only eating one meal per day.

Sugar is your best source of carbs if you want to lose weight, don't cut it out.

That's way too much. I used to fast completely once a week and it was a very effective weight loss method.. plus hat day i've worked out a lot and stayed active to lose extra calories

I wouldn't be surprised if 1/4th of all my water in the pas 1-3 year was from Diet Coke/ sugar free alone, easily 4/5ths of the beverages I drink.

But I've gotten enamel erosion because of it

I did this a lot in 2020-2022. Lost tons of weight rapidly, but it's not good for your health (I was anorexicmaxxing in this era)

I've also grown anorexic, I also heavily dropped weight from around 62 kgs to around 53 kgs with a 1-2 inches height difference when I was around 12-13, I'm still anorexic though I'll force feed myself every now & then seeing how I'm still in puberty.

I actually just drank from a new diet coke bottle, its a glass one and it's my first time seeing it.
