I had some "cheat" but do not rely on it. The night before the event get absolutely shitfaced on one single type of alcoholic drink. preferably beer and not alcohol mixed with sugary drinks. it will act as a hyper dyurethic. beer is said to make you fat but for this kind of eventuality it has the perfrct mix of drink, natural dyurethis and alcohol to maximize the effect.

do not abuse this, as its worse in the long run. just for emergencies

Easiest way is to just take a diuretic pill. I always take one a day before an important event and lose all the bloat completely alongsides like 2 kg of water weight

How long depends if you still eat like shit after using it i doubt it'll last very long.
But if diet would be adjusted i'd guess the entire day?

But im skinny and on days where i ate like shit (Sugary extremely salty) i looked fat facially afterwards

compared too looking way different a few days after lowering carbs, sugar etc
