I know it’s common knowledge, but sometimes it has to be in your face before you take it seriously. My iPhone gave me one of those photo memories from 2017 the other day. . Damn. I was a pudgy faced bloated manlet. No wonder my ex- stopped having sex with me. I never realized how hideous I looked. 30% BF. Bad skin. Messy hair. Plump. After our split in 2018, I woke up. Dropped BF to around 20%. My jawline and hollow cheeks reappeared. Look so much better.

It really is true. I have put on too much fat (specifically in my stomach area) and I look at my face and I am like "damn I look like shit" when in reality my friend sent me a video from 2 years ago when I was 14 percent body fat dry looking way better with slightly hollow cheeks.
