I've lost a lot of weight going from 211 lbs to 164 lbs at 6ft and I actually think I look bigger now.

Being leaner is such an illusion, the mass around your joints and waist shrink, but your muscle bellies/skeleton stays the same which makes you LOOK bigger. Don't fall for this trap that you need to be bulked up or the male gaze redpill advice "what do you call a man under 200 lbs? a girl" or believe you will be some tiny twink at a lighter bodyweight garbage.

My objection to this idea that it's different in person is that when I was 200+ lbs, sometimes guys at the gym would give me unsolicited advice on lifting.

Now I'm lean, just the other day for the first time a guy in the gym asked ME for advice on lifting.

I can corraborate. Leanness gives a great illusion of size, if you have at least some muscle, and your frame is ok.

But in baggy clothes, you look DYEL tbh. That's that. You need to refurbish your wardrobe into tight T-shirts.

Ye kinda lol. There's a big difference between a t-shirt and tanktop, an issue is that t shirts are tight around upper body and baggy around waist.

Lookin good.

This is why I fucking love being lean. Especially in the gym when you’re wearing a tanktop, and your delts and arms are pumped. Makes you look and feel like a god due to the proportions and definition.

Don’t give two shits about looking “big in clothes”. First of all, your FACE which is the first thing girls and people see and also pay attention to/look at the most (we literaly communicate and read social cues through the face) is at it’s most chiseled and attractive when lean.

Second, if you wear the right fit and fabric of clothing, you can still showcase your physique/v taper. You just wont look big. But you will look aesthetic as fuck and athletic

Also your dick is bigger due to minimal fat pad, and you look like a god naked

I also get this insane confidence when I’m lean. Could be better hormonal profile (less aromatase/estrogen, higher testosterone, less inflammation), unconsciously knowing that I look better than everyone, or the constant validation and attention from people.

Probably a combination of both, but this confidence absolutely radiates through, and impacts life in a positive way. From the good energy and self assurance you project when communicating with people, and the ambition it gives you to attack bigger goals in life.

Preach. The leaner I get the more my shattered self-esteem goes back up.

Still have to lose 20lbs and I’ll be good. Leaner by the day.
