I tried to find some pics of me in the same pose of when I was fatter to after I lost body fat, check it out:

1677574373337

Difference of about 7 months, 89kg to the left and 74 kg to the right. I was even fatter than left pic when I started 96kg but I couldn't find a pic of it in this pose.

What strikes me as a surprise is how small I looked on the left despite being objectively heavier. Guys at a normie tier skinnyfat/pudgy BF worrying about cutting will make them look frail, the exact opposite happened in my case.

good job bro, now time to lean bulk

Wow

your eye area looks completely different
you can't reduce UEE by leanmaxxing
@Artemis @alriodai thoughts ?

Ptosis corrective surgery reduced a lot of UEE for me and angle. There's other looksmaxxing things I have done aside from just getting leaner.

Yep, going to bulk in in a month or so, but not like a retard, just a small calorie surplus.

Yeah, I think if you are too fat you look older and if you are too lean you look older too, but most people never get to that "too lean" stage for it to be a problem aside from competitive bodybuilders.

From construction worker to prettyboy. Pretty impressive looksmaxing journey.

You carried it pretty good. Only looks like a 15 pound loss but good results.

Yeah absolutely, I dye my brows darker which make them look much thicker since a lot of my brow hairs are naturally light blonde aka invisible, dying them with just for men beard & moustache dye was an easy looksmax I highly recommend people.

I may even try black color, see how that looks. That plus castor oil which may or may not help in growth, either way doesn't hurt and both of these products are dirt cheap.

No, that's how my zygos are but were just under a sea of lard. The ptosis surgery really did help with UEE as you can see from the before & after:

Appreciate it. Yeah, and truly you will never know what you look like until you get to a lean body fat %, like you may have some chadlike facial bones / body that's just hidden. Don't be gaslit by normies telling you "but you're not fat, you don't need to lose weight".

I was skinnyfat in the before. Maybe 19-21% bf which I think is "normal" outside of looksmaxxing circles, which is where a lot of men get stuck at - they don't make the connection that "handsome men" have significantly less body fat and there's no social pressure to lose weight at the point so they get stuck thinking their features at 20%~ body fat is just how they look.
What diet did you follow? Are you also on fin?

-500 calorie deficit 5 days a week 2 days maintenance calories, aimed to lose between 0.4-1% body weight per week as to not lose too much muscle, diet was high protein, fill up vegetables, lots of water and really wasn't that uncomfortable.

I’m cutting right now too, skinny fat but less muscular than you. After I lean down I’ll do a lean bulk but absolutely.

People will walk around with no abs and general bloat and inflammation and think that’s just how they are and decide to bulk up. Even now I’m getting told to bulk up.

imma stock up on broccoli and ground beef, I’ve never reached 12% bodyfat

You'll wish you started sooner. The thing is, it will be almost impossible for you to imagine yourself with a V taper & abs until you get there. Like you'll do some mental gymnastics that for some reason you have bad genetics, or an oddly slow metabolism or those that do are roiders. I even get some girls from tinder ask if I roid which would of sounded like a joke to me a year ago.

I’ve tried achieving 12% bodyfat since I was 13. Back then I just had to eat what my mom cooked and I had no option other than that and eat once a day.

Last year when school started I tried Sept 16, lasted until November then I started eating like shit again cause I got a girlfriend. But I was starting to get abs if I flexed and I felt strong and my face never looked better. Then that hoe left me started binge eating 💀

Already beat myself up for not staying consistent cause I would’ve been leaned down years ago and even now if I just stuck another month or two with it

Needs to be more leanmaxxing lifefuel like this one

how much did you lift a week? sometimes I catch myself subconsciously telling myself there’s no point in going but I know that’s retarded

Yeah you gotta cut to really low weight. I cut to 77kg at 187cm. I probably could have gone lower.

It looks like you got less gear through in the after

Improvement is absolutely insane, especially the eye area. You went from gross normalfag construction worker to actual Chadlite prettyboy TikToker.

Good job. What exactly did you do besides losing weight? Your improvement is HUGE

Crazy u didnt even have a gut and still leanmaxxing made u look way better

Embracing43

Here's a before & after in flattering lighting. Kind of insane how puffy and bloated I used to be. I didn't even know I had a decent frame until recently.

If you are skinnyfat you have a lot of upside that can be realized from a comparatively easier path than someone fat or obese who has a lot of lbs to lose before any aesthetic improvement is noticeable. I barely noticed any difference in the first 20 lbs lost, but the last 10+lbs has changed my looks so much.
