So after staying at my friends house and having his amazing Mother stuff my fat ass with lard and ass all week I realized that I only have 2 more months until I have to go to this family/friend party thing. IM FUCKED, so I have come up with a horrible plan that I will follow until I get to 160lbs. (Im 6'0 and 202lbs rn)
Fast for 3 days and then eat on the 4th day, repeat. I will be working out about 1-2 hours everyday, I box for an hour or so and then I run a mile jfl (i hate running bro). I will be taking appetite suppresents once @Octillionaire3 gives me my 30 dollar gift card so I can buy them online and I will also try to do drugs (Ill ask my local mexican for some weed or something) Im not sure how you smoke but I will try my best.
