Wouldn't losing bodyfat reduces the eye hooding as there will be less fat on eyepads ?? Same could be said about icepacks when used for dark circles and puffy eyes as it reduces the fat

I'm not opposing leanmaxxing, in fact I have gone from obese to normal physique and willing to cut down the fat but was concerned of it effecting the eye hooding

Depends on your body composition. At 4% bodyfat a gymmaxers is not anorexic medically speaking but it's quite unhealthy.

However if you don't lift and you're 6-7% bodyfat then you'll look a emeciated skeleton, not talking about your hormones level crashing, insomnia and brain fades.

No, it's brown fat. It's never supposed to melt unless you're freezing to death or starving.
