I’m currently 14 turning 15 in a month or two, and I know I am holding back my true potential. I grew up being a really fat kid and lost most of it, but now I am in this awkward skinny fat stage. I have heard during adolescence years to just stay in a slight surplus, and calorie deficits are bad. My diet is way better than mosts, but when i go out or hangout with friends I usually get distracted and eat a lot of food. If I am only in a slight deficit like 100-300 calories, will I be okay? And will it still stunt my growth? All advice appreciated.
